Hey, out there! It's canning season. I have been making peach jam and loving it on my husband famous french toast. Salsa and pear jelly is next on the list. I canned so much fruit last year (245 quarts, 75 pints) that I don't have to much to do this year. Now I have more time to sew, which I can't wait to get in my sewing room and go crazy.
