1000 and counting!!!!!

Welcome Hoppers!!!!  Can you believe it!?!?!  
Quiltmaker 100 Blocks Vol 10 has arrived!  It's simply amazing!  
And guess what?!?! I'm in it again!  Yep,  I'm lucky to be included with all these wonderful and talented designers.  What fun to see all the new and creative blocks.

  42. My favorite combinations use muted colors, more than brights. For instance, golds more than yellows or eggplant tones more than royal purples. I think colors like that are warmer and more inviting to the eye. Which is why I love your block so much, it really lends itself to endless possibilities in color combinations! Thanks for the inspiration!

  44. I'm all over the place with color, Weird as it sounds, I love ocean blues, golds and greens, then there are the Purples, reds and oranges that send me rushing to the design wall. I just can't choose one. and your block will look great in every color. Thanks.

  45. I really don't have a favorite color combo. It all depends on the quilt & what moves me!! My favorite color is blues - all shades of blue! But not everyone else likes that so I let the pattern move me :)

  64. I've been in a pink and gray mood lately, although aqua/turquoise is a close second, with gray and red in third. Gray is my new favorite neutral.

  68. That's an interesting question. I don't know that my quilts follow a color pattern, but I do love gold and burgundy, as well as red and white. Love your block.

  99. Good evening... if it were left up to me all my quilts would be either centered around purple or civil war fabrics but since most of my quilting is done for baby charities I go with pastels, cream and white.

  118. I love working with the rich looking colors, emerald green, ruby red, royal blue, purple, teal, and turquoises with a dash of bright yellow, orange and gold thrown in the mix. I haven't done many pastel or neutral quilts at all. Even my clothes are in these colors.
