If not, here I am with the quilt I designed called "Black Tie Affair"
Pretty neat, huh?!
This quilt is a bit different from my normal designs, but every once in a while you
need to do something that's out of the box.
Here's the same quilt in a different color way.
The fabric line is "Salt Air" by Moda.
Just thought I would share.

I'm working on a throw size quilt right now that I'm going to FMQ, WAY OUT OF MY BOX!!

ReplyDeleteI just finished a baby quilt for charity that I FMQ that was a big step out of my box.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! Just did the sides for a round robin on a hexagonal tree skirt with requirements that no piece be larger than 3.5". Will have a friend help me miter the corners. Way out of my comfort zone!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely love Black Tie Affair; it's so clean and modern looking. Loving my outside the box project ... it's a square table topper with 1" squares making a heart in the middle with angled panels of 1" squares around the heart. Difficult to describe; it's definitely a challenge! Thanks for sharing Quiltmaker and your quilt.
