Congrats "Calendar Girl"! I love making press cookies. It is so much fun for the kids. I'm a follower too!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite are Orange Cookies from a recipe I made up. I actually won second place in a Reader's Digest cooking contest for them years ago. It's kind of funny since I'm not a great cook and don't actually like cooking! Congratulations on being a "calender girl!"
ReplyDeleteOh yum, Christmas cookies! My favorite is a sugar cookie unlike any other! It is made with lots of butter and powdered sugar and is very "tender" I'd say. We top them with simple red, green and white sugar. Not stiff and hard like other sugar cookies. We say they melt in our mouths...mmm, I am on a diet, but may have to make these now! Congrats on getting your quilt in the calendar!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite cookie is Fruitcake cookies.. I know... nobody but me likes them. I am a follower on facebook!
