School shopping has started. Boy oh boy has this summer gone fast, much to the chagrin of my kids. School starts next week! Yeah!!! They are excited about that though. I got to go buy school supplies. I do love buying school supplies, there's something just fun about it.
Pencils, notebooks, markers, calendars, pens, highlighters, etc. Ahhhhh.
I know I'm not the only one out there that loves that part.
With summer break is almost over, I just wish the temperatures would cooperate. We are at 100' everyday for the past 2 weeks. I'm done with the heat and ready for some cooler weather. But, it doesn't look like that's going to happen real soon. So we'll just keep the fans going 24/7

Our school does a donation for school supplies. Each teacher asks for $15 and they purchase everything but binders and backpacks for the kids during the year, it works perfect!
ReplyDeleteI remember kindergarten for the kids where we were asked to donate a large box of Kleenex! Times have changed for sure.
