Hey there! It's been awhile since I posted last. Of course, you know that I'm frantically working to get ready for Spring Quilt Market. The midnight oil is defiantly burning, not only midnight, but early morning, afternoon, well let's face it, that's all I'm doing.
And then what happens??? I get in a car accident last Friday. Can you believe it!!! Yeah, I know, I even said to myself (because no one else was in the car with me) "I don't have time for this." I was rear-ended in a snow storm. Roads were bad and slushy etc, I'm going like 35mph on the freeway. I was slowing down further because of brake lights ahead and WHAM!!! I get hit, slide over to the left lane, skid, skid, slide some more and end up in the embankment nose down. AGGHHHH!!! Had to go to the ER in an ambulance to get X-rays etc. What a day. So, I needed to take some time off to re-coup. As it is I've got an ice pack on my lower back now. But, now I'm back to work. So cross your fingers that I get everything done. ReplyDeleteOh my goodness!! I get on to see what you've been up to and read this...so glad you are OK!!! I have always feared being in an accident in a snow storm. How scary for you. I too hope you are able to get everything done.
