Yes, we made it to Portland, OR and back. What a great trip and amazing market!!! Here's the pictures to show you some of the fun we had
My booth ready to go. It took most of the day to set up, I keep changing my mind on where things should go.
Brandy and I Friday morning just before the show started, we are excited and ready to meet all the great people that attend.
Sharon Frank, my editor at Annie's Publishing. This was at my book signing (yes, I had a book signing, how cool was that!!!) Peterson-Arne Distributor hosted the signing for us. Sharon is great to work with, so the signing
went very smoothly and easy.
Emily Herrick is one "Crazy Old Lady". Our booths were only an aisle away so we got to visit often. Her booth won 2nd place. She did an amazing job!!
In the Quiltmaker magazine booth, they had my quilt block from
"Quiltmaker 100 blocks Vol 7 there in a frame. Fun to see that!
Our neighbors at Kansas City Star. Market is sew much fun when you have great people as your neighbors! We were able to get an autographed copy of Sharon's book, totally amazing quilts in there....add one more quilt to my To-Do list.
Of course two of my favorite designers... Me and My Sister. They are simply a HOOT!!!! Barb and Mary are some of the most friendly gals you will ever meet. And they make stinkin cute fabric to boot.
Aurifil Thread, you can't get better than that. This is the BEST thread ever!!!
Alex, on the right got me hooked on it and I will never sew with anything else.
